APRIL 2021 - Contractor filles a petition before the Administrative Court of Appeals

The Contractor on 29/4/2021 filed an appeal before the Administrative Court of Appeals of Piraeus against the decision of the service which rejected the declaration of cessation of works and against the tacit rejection by the Minister of Infrastructure and Transport of its objection of 28/9/2020.

MARCH 2021 - CONTRACTOR FILLES AN OBJECTION AGAINST THE REJECTIVE DECISION ON THE DISSOLUTION OF THE CONTRACT

On 31/03/2021, the Contractor submitted an objection to the Minister of Infrastructure and Transport against the rejective decision of the CA on its request for termination of the contract.
